An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 111, for the improvement of North Street and Eighth Avenue between west line of Seventh Avenue and the west line of Eleventh Avenue , and Eighth Avenue between the south line of Ship Street and the south line of North Street, in Prospect Beach Addition, under Ordinance No. 923, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
