An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installment to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 93, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 768, for the improvement of Railroad Avenue between the west line of Railroad Avenue on "C." Street and a point 26 feet south of the north line of "G" Street under Ordinance No. 735, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 755, and providing for the collection thereof.
