An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds of the improvement of East State Street from a point 280 feet west of the west line of Main Avenue to the main sewer at the center line of Spring Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
