An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of Second Avenue north from the center line of South Park Place along the center line of Second Avenue north to the main sewer at Ship Street in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
