An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 119 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Chestnut Street from a point 278 feet East of the East line of First Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 1017, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot and land as shown roll and providing for the collection thereof.
