An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 121, for the construction of a sub-sewer on Polk Street from the East line of Third Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 1015, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
