An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of North Street between the west line of Seventh Avenue and the west line of Eleventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, between the south line of Ship Street an the South line of North Street; Prospect Beach Addition in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
