An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering, extending, and establishing of Fourth Avenue in the City of Ballard, over and across an unplatted tract of land, being the East One-half 1 1/2) of the South East quarter (1/4) of the Northeast quarter (1/4) of the Southwest quarter (1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East W. M., and over and across Two unplatted tracts of land lying between Ward's Addition to the City of Ballard, and the North line of the Southwest quarter (1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M., and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for such purp9ose and for the assessment upon the property benefited, and for the purpose of making such compensation.
