Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Baker Street, Chestnut Street and Post Street in the City of Ballard, over and across an unplatted tract of land formerly known as Tract Number 9 of the plat of Farmdale Homestead, but now vacated, being the Southwest quarter (1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-five (25), Range Three (3) East W. M., and over and across Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) of Supplemental Block "C" to Ballard Second Addition to Gilman Park, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for such purpose, and for the assessment upon the property benefited, and for the purpose of making such compensation.
