An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Post Street between the West line of Sixth Avenue and the East line of Tenth Avenue, and Eighth Avenue in Sander's Addition and Prospect Beach Addition, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
