Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of East Baker Street, East Chestnut Street, and East Post Street, in the City of Ballard, over and across and Eight (8) Acre tract of land known as the "Bow Tract", bounded on the North and East by blocks one (1) two (2) and eight (8) of the Ballard Addition to the City of Seattle, and on the South and West by block Eighty-eight (88), Eighty-nine (89), Ninety-two (92) and Ninety- three (93) of Gilman Park, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for such purpose and for the assessment upon the property benefitted and for the purpose of making such compensation.
