An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 118 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Day Street, from the East line of Main Avenue to the Spring Avenue main sewer, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 1016, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
