An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 128, for the improvement First Avenue between the northerly line of Shilshole Avenue and the south line of "C." Street, produced West to the West line of First Avenue, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 1043, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
