Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of East Polk and Polk Street, from a point 278 feet East of First Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
