An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of Chestnut Street and East Chestnut Street, from a point 278 feet East of the East line of First Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
