Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Broadway, a street in the City of Ballard, over and across Tract Number Forty-nine (49) of Farmdale Homestead, filed for record July 17, 1882, situated in Section Eleven (11) Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East W. M., said Tract Forty-nine (49) lying between Block Fifty-nine (59) of the plat of Gilman Park, and Block Nine (9) of Ballard Tide Lands; and also laying off, extending and establishing of Broadway, said street in the City of Ballard, over and across a tract of land known as the "Creosote Tract", lying between Block Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of Brygger's First Home Addition to the City of Ballard, and the East line of the Southwest quarter (S.W. 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (N.W. 1/4) and Lot Four (4) all in Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East W. M., and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to betaken or damaged for such purpose, and for the assessment upon the property benefitted and for the purpose of making such compensation.
