An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 126, for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, between the north line of "C" Street and the South line of East Broadway in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 1041, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
