An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of Barnes Avenue, from a point 80 feet southeasterly of Broadway to the First Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
