An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of Day Street, from the East line of Main Avenue to the Spring Avenue main sewer, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
