An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 130 for the improvement of East Polk Street between the west line of Spring Avenue and the west line of Division Avenue, under Ordinance No. 1050, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
