An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 134 for the improvement of Eighth Avenue from the north line of State Street in Brygger's first home addition to the south line of North Street in Prospect Beach Addition under Ordinance No. 1060, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
