An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 132 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Baker Street from a point 278 feet East of the East line of First Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer under Ordinance No. 1058, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
