An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 129 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Wilbert Street from the west line of Third Avenue to the Sixth Avenue main sewer under Ordinance No. 1044, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
