An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 135 for the improvement of Brig Street between the East line of Main Avenue North and the West line of Railroad Avenue North, under Ordinance No. 1074, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
