An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of First Avenue between the northerly line of Shilshole and the south line of "C." Street produces west-to-west line of First Avenue in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
