An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 133 for the improvement of Wilbert Street between the west line of Fifth Avenue and the east line of Sixth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 1059, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
