Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the opening, altering, widening, extending and establishing of Leary Avenue, in the City of Ballard, as a public street and highway, beginning at the intersection of Leary Avenue and Broadway, and extending along said Leary Avenue to its intersection with First Avenue; thence over and across certain lots, blocks and tracts of land in Gilman Park and in the Northwest quarter of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, to the south line produced easterly of Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Ballard Tide Lands, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
