Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the improvement of State Street from the east line of Third Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
