Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the important of Wilbert Street from the west line of Third Avenue to the Sixth Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
