Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of East Brig Street between the east line of Main Avenue and the west line of Railroad Avenue North in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
