Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Eighth Avenue from the north line of State in Brygger's First Home Addition to the south line of North Street in Prospect Beach Addition in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
