An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 122, for the improvement of Marcus Avenue from the north line of East Ship Street to the south line of East Sloop Street and East Sloop Street from the east line of Marcus Avenue to the west line of Elm Avenue and Elm Avenue and Elm Avenue from the north line of East Sloop Street to the south line of Broadway Street, under Ordinance No. 1026 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
