An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eighth Avenue North between the south line of Ship Street and the north City limits by grubbing, grading and constructing wood gutters and cement sidewalks on both sides thereof between the north line of Ship Street and the south line of Schooner Street and between the north line of Corvette Street and the City limits and on the west side of Eighth Avenue between the north line of Schooner Street and the south line of Corvette Street and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property, and property benefitted by the construction of said improvement included within the Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cash and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 146.
