An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 141 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Holbrook Street from the west line of Main Avenue to the First Avenue main sewer under Ordinance No. 1135, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
