An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 140, for the improvement of Brig Street between the west line of First Avenue and the east line of Fourth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 1102 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
