An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 144, for the improvement of that part of the plat of Gilman Park, in the City of Ballard, composed of Blocks 65, 66, 160, 161, 159, 158 and 163, under Ordinance No. 1153, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
