An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local sub-sewer improvement bonds for the construction of sub-sewer on Holbrook Street from the west line of Main Avenue to the First Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
