An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Eastern Avenue from the south line of Holbrook Street to the north line of "C" Street by grubbing, grading and constructing wooden sidewalks on both sides, "C" Street from the east line of Railroad Avenue to the west line of Eastern Avenue from the north line of "C" Street to the north line of "A" Street and "A" Street from the west line of Eastern Avenue to the west line of Division Avenue by grubbing, grading, planking and constructing wooden sidewalks on both sides between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
