An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Eastern Avenue from the south line of Holbrook Street to the north line of "C." Street by grubbing, grading and constructing wooden sidewalks on both sides "C." Street from the east line of Railroad Avenue to the west line of Eastern Avenue to the west line of Division Avenue by grubbing, grading, planking and constructing wooden sidewalks six feet widen on both sides of said streets, between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property, and property benefited by the construction of said improvement included within the Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 148.
