An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Marcus Avenue from the north line of East Ship Street to the south line of East Sloop Street, East Sloop Street from the east ;line of Marcus Avenue to the west line of Elm Avenue and Elm Avenue from the north line of East Sloop Street to the south line of Boundary Street in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
