An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on North Street between the west line of 3rd Avenue & the Sixth Avenue main sewer and North Street from a point between 8th and 9th Avenues to the Sixth Avenue main sewers, in the City of Ballard, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property, and property benefited by the construction of said sub-sewer, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing sub-sewer District No. 151.
