An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Chestnut Street from the west line of 6th Avenue to the east line of 8th Avenue by grubbing, grading, and constructing cement sidewalks on both sides of said street, between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property, and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
