An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 145, for the improvement of Fifth Avenue North between the north line of Brig Street and the south line of Sloop Street, under Ordinance No. 1170, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
