An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Broadway between the west line of First Avenue and the east line of Fourth Avenue and Burke Avenue between the west line of Second Avenue and the south line of Broadway paving the roadway with asphalt, constructing granite curbs and cement sidewalks on both sides of Broadway between the east line of between the west line of Second Avenue and the south line of Broadway and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement, and repealing Ordinance No. 1223.
