An Ordinance vacating that portion of Mohr Street described as follows to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot three (3), Block 159, Gilman Park, and running thereon south in a line parallel with the center line of Railroad Avenue a distance of twenty three (23) feet, thence east a distance of one hundred (100) feet parallel with the south line of said lot three(3), thence north parallel with the center line of said Railroad Avenue a distance of twenty three (23) feet, thence west along the south line of said lot three (3) a distance of one hundred (100) feet to the place of beginning.
