Abstract

An Ordinance amending Section One (1) of Ordinance No. 1196 entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Ship Street in the City of Ballard, between the west line of Division Avenue, and the east line of Seaview Avenue, over and around certain lots, and parcels of land in F.D. Dibble's First Addition to Ballard, Washington; McElroy's Addition to Ballard, Washington; Hamblet's Acre Gardens; Replat of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block A, Hamblet's Acre Gardens; Salmon Bay Park Addition to the City of Ballard, Washington; Graff's Salmon Bay Addition to the City of Ballard, Washington; Jennings Ballard Addition; Ballard's Four Acre Home Tracts, Ballard, Washington; Sound View Addition to the City of Ballard, Washington; Gilman Park; Sander's Addition to Gilman Park and Salmon Bay; Prospect Beach Addition to the City of Ballard, Washington, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken, or damaged for said purpose and for an assessment upon the property benefitted for the purpose of making such compensation," passed by the City Council of the City of Ballard December 18, A.D., 1906.
