An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 150, for the improvement of Polk Street between the west line of Seventh Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 1219, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
