An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 161, for the improvement of that part of the plat of Ballard's Second Addition in the City of Ballard, composed of Block Thirty (30), under Ordinance No. 1243, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
