An ordinance granting to the Sunset Telephone and Telegraph Co. and assigns the right to erect, maintain and operate in the Town of Columbia, State of Washington, and in the streets, alleys, avenues and thoroughfares thereof, wires and conductors for the transmission of electricity for telephone and telegraph purposes and to carry on a telephone and telegraph business in said town.
