Abstract
An ordinance pledging the revenues of the Water Fund to pay the interest upon the General Municipal Coupon Bonds of the Town of Columbia for Water Works, about to be issued, and directing the Treasurer to pay out of the said fund the interest upon said General Municipal Coupon Bonds of the Town of Columbia for Water Works as it accrues.
